These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RadioRipple mobile application ("App") operated by RadioRipple ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the App
RadioRipple provides a platform to stream publicly available internet radio stations. The App is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure
- Use automated systems to access the App in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App or its content
2. Accounts
You may use the App without creating an account. If you choose to sign in using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Radio Content
RadioRipple aggregates and provides access to publicly available internet radio streams. We do not own, control, or produce the content broadcast by these radio stations. Each station is operated by its respective broadcaster, and their terms and policies apply to their content.
We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or quality of the content streamed through the App. Station availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.
4. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, logo, and user interface, is the intellectual property of RadioRipple and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. The RadioRipple name and logo are trademarks of RadioRipple.
Radio station names, logos, and content belong to their respective owners.
5. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content accessed through the App
We do not guarantee that any specific radio station will be available at any given time. Stream availability depends on the respective station operators and network conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RadioRipple shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for use of the App.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
